RULES
If you plan on sneaking into
the BDI, your $5.00 savings will cost you $5.00 for your ticket and everybody in
the vehicle will be asked to leave. Tickets will not be refunded.
Maximum vehicle speed is
5
mph inside our gates.
No alcoholic beverages permitted
on the grounds.
Shirts and shoes are required
by NYS Health Department Code in our main concession stand.
Shoes are recommended in our
field.
Do not annoy your neighbor.
Your car is your castle, however please refrain from activities that would
cause your neighbor to complain to management. Examples would be excessive
noise, drinking, drugs. All of these activities are grounds for forfeiture
of your ticket money and you will be asked to leave. Tickets will
not be refunded.
If you utilize a
laser
pointer to disrupt the movie, it will be confiscated, you will be ticketed
by the State Police and asked to leave. Tickets will not be refunded.
"Crossing Over" from the cinema
you have tickets for to the other cinema to watch that movie is not allowed
unless you purchase "Cross-Over" tickets for that movie too. See

If you enter the BDI late at
night after the Box Office has closed and do not pay admission at the Concession
Stand, you will be asked to leave.
Removing parking poles from the ground is considered
vandalism by the management and the pole MUST be replaced EXACTLY as it was or
you will be ticketed by the State Police and you will be asked to leave the grounds.
Tickets will not be refunded.
The management is not responsible for any damage
done to your car while on our grounds.
